We would like to give a huge thank you to the partners who have tested the toolkit at its different stages: the councils of Sandwell, Harrow, Slough, Derbyshire, North Yorkshire, Bradford, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chealsea, Norwich and Wolverhampton, plus the organisations of Greater Manchester Combined Authority and Public Sector Procurement Service Ltd. We piloted business process mapping with their teams and it is due to their feedback, innovative approach and commitment to continuous development that has enabled this toolkit to be created and improved.
Huge appreciation to MHCLG for the inspiration to establish the toolkit and to Crown Commercial Services for supporting its extension to cover contract management and links to the Procurement Act. Their support has been part of raising the standards in commissioning through the Contract Management Pioneer Programme.
